LPC 072 Peewee Red continued a great tournament run winning its second tournament in a row. The team took gold at the Frank Sabatino Memorial Tournament in Oakville on January 20th in the Peewee Red/Select division. From a competitive field of 16 teams, LPC went undefeated in its three round robin games and then beat two strong Oakville teams in the semi-finals and finals.
In three tournaments this season the team has taken home two golds and one silver medal and has a combined 12-2-0 tournament game record including recording 9 shutouts along the way.
The coaches, staff and parents are proud of our team for showing such great sportsmanship and perseverance, and for playing such disciplined hockey.
