Erindale Spitfires Minor Bantam “A” Win at the 45th Annual Gene Harrington Niagara Showdown
The Band of Brothers from EHA 080 demonstrated their skill, determination and never quit attitude as they rallied together to win it all at the 45th Annual Gene Harrington Niagara Showdown in Niagara Falls, NY.
With the Spitfires 3-1 record going into the Championship Game, they faced a talented Hamilton Huskies team that had a 4-0 record with a 23/2 GF/GA. The boys were able to win using positivity, speed and hard work to take the game in the third period winning 2-0.
Congratulations boys, not just on the win, but on the lifelong bond, experiences, memories and friendships you solidified this weekend! The whole Spitfire family are very proud of the mature young men you are becoming.
