The Mississauga Hockey League would like to recognize John Pogue, Facility Manager of Chic Murray and Iceland Arenas and formerly Tomken Arena, for his dedication to the MHL over the last 30 years as he announces his retirement on March 31st from the City of Mississauga. John was the ultimate customer service ambassador – always going above and beyond to look after the interests of his customers and doing so with class and a smile.  On behalf of the Mississauga Hockey League, thank you for understanding the needs of the hockey community and hockey volunteers. Although we’re happy you can “hang up your skates”, so to speak, the rink won’t be the same without you.  Happy Retirement, John. You’re irreplaceable, and will be missed!
