Effective Communication Techniques

The Effective Communications presentation was formulated last season by the MHL Referee Liaison Committee and presented during the 2016-17 pre-season Coach meetings.  The program was designed to help foster good communications between referees and team officials, and outlines how Hockey Canada referee training directs referee procedure and expectations of conduct by all participants in minor hockey games.
